Responsibilities & Context

  • He will support the full spectrum of human capital management activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and compliance. This role will work closely with department heads and report to senior IHR management to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct end to end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening. interviewing, and onboarding to meet the company’s manpower requirements and ensure alignment with departmental needs and company culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, attendance, and performance evaluations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, coordinating with department heads to conduct confirmation evaluation and annual evaluations and providing feedback for employee development plans.
  • Support to prepare and modify and implementation across all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for training and development programs by identifying skill gaps, scheduling internal and external training sessions and tracking completion to promote continuous professional growth.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, attendance, and employee satisfaction, preparing reports and providing insights to department head for strategic planning.
  • Responsible for IR. handling employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary procedures, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company values and enhances employee engagement.
  • Support to payroll processing and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy in monthly payroll preparation and compliance with statutory obligations and company policies.
  • Facilitate employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and preparing reports on turnover causes to inform retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure that the factory meets all HR related statutory compliance and labor law requirements, supporting audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, wellness programs, and recognition to foster a healthy work environment and promote job satisfaction.
  • Support to develop, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all levels to achieve organizational goals. This includes defining measurable objectives, tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and regularly reporting progress to senior management. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas of underperformance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
