Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – HR & Compliance.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in both HR operations and compliance management within the garments or buying house industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with Bangladesh Labor Law.
• Facilitate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Compliance:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, labor laws, and social audit standards (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP).
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records required for audits.
• Support internal and external compliance audits, including CAP follow-up.
• Promote and monitor workplace health, safety, and welfare initiatives.
