Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali·
Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
Must have problem solving, Leadership, Analytical and decision making skill.
Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)

Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions.
To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
To help probation management process.
To ensure performance management process on time.
To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
To help the rewards and punishment process.
To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.
Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it’s disbursement.
To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various sections, concerned authorities and provide support to the Management.
Any other duties as instructed by management.
