Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To lead & assist Human Resource planning & budgeting activities;
  • Look after recruitment & selection, performance management & organizational excellence etc;
  • Pro-actively lead activities around performance planning and evaluation advice, incl. performance management mediation;
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans;
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations;
  • To summarize & capture monthly employee KPI data & declaration of report;
  • To provide & declare Department KPI dashboard comprising with performance & leadership potential evaluation (9 box model);
  • Provide communication material and design campaigns around Performance management quarterly feedback session with HOD;
  • To maintain Performance improvement plan cycle through KPI data management;
  • Contribute with the state of the art tools/practices for enhancing current talent management approaches;
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions;
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and training sessions.
