Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, and SMV calculations to establish standard operation times.
- Prepare line balancing, process flow charts, operation bulletins (OB), and work instructions to achieve target efficiency.
- Monitor hourly and daily production performance, identify gaps, and im plement improvement actions.
- Analyze downtime, bottlenecks, and productivity losses; recommend corrective actions.
- Track efficiency, utilization, and productivity KPIs; prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with Production, PE, QA, Engineering, and
- Planning teams to improve operational performance.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives through process optimization and automation.
- Train supervisors and operators on standard methods, productivity improvement, and work measurement techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, IE procedures, and operational best practices.
- Support new item introductions, capacity studies, and production feasibility evaluations.
