Must Knowledge:
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
- Hands-on experience with common Applications, software and hardware.
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Excellent communication abilities. Proven experience as a Hardware and Network Engineer or similar
- role.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, workstations, network cabling,
- and other related equipment, devices, and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
- Add or upgrade and configure disk drives, printers, and related equipment.
- Perform and ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- Provide network accounts and passwords as required.
- Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary
- maintenance to support network availability.
- Network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
- Must experience Wi-Fi router configure/maintenance and troubleshooting CCTV monitoring.
