Responsibilities & Context

The Senior Executive – Inventory & Warehouse will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, optimizing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient stock control. This role involves coordinating with operation department, maintaining accurate records, and streamlining warehouse processes to support business objectives.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and implement effective inventory control measures.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Stock Planning: Forecast inventory needs based on demand, sales trends, and seasonality to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Process Optimization: Improve warehouse workflows, space utilization, and storage efficiency to enhance productivity.
• Team Supervision: Guide and support warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records, generate stock reports, and analyze data for decision-making.
• Cordination: Work with company business operation and logistic teams for smooth deliveries.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards, legal regulations, and company guidelines.
