Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge of Desktop PC/laptop hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
Expertise in software and OS installation (Windows, MS Office, antivirus, etc.).
Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, LAN & WAN connectivity.
Basic understanding of server and network infrastructure (DHCP, FTP, shared drives
Good problem-solving attitude and time management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware (desktop, laptop, peripherals).
Install and upgrade operating systems (Windows) and application software as required.
Setup and maintain printers, scanners and other office devices.
Configure and troubleshoot internet connections, LAN, Wi-Fi routers and networking.
CCTV installation and basic router/firewall configuration.
Perform routine maintenance and health checks for systems and network equipment.
Provide prompt IT support to employees for any technical issues.
Assist in backup, basic server connectivity and network configurations.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, installations and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate with vendors or seniors for escalated technical issues.
Ensure IT devices and network are secure and optimized for performance.
