Responsibilities & Context
You will be supporting the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel on matters as and when required.
You will be assisting the Legal Team to provide legal advice on operational matters for the business.
You will be assisting with drafting and negotiating contracts with third parties such as marketing partners, suppliers and restaurants.
You will be assisting with identifying process gaps and initiating processes and SOPs for different teams.
You will be assisting with providing training and awareness building to business teams.
You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and updating system-based internal compliances.
You will be attending administrative hearings such as hearings at the Directorate of Consumer Rights’ Protection.
You will also work on privacy, competition, consumer law and other legal questions related to e-commerce as well as manage litigation.
You will also liaise with external law firms and legal counsels as required.
Any other support that may be required by the team from time to time.
