Job Responsibilities:

• Must be knowledge on the trims and accessories sector(Production Cost, Raw Materials and consumption).
• Maintain relationships and follow up with prospective and current clients.
• Capable to handle current clients account.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information in the database.
• Acquire new customers and conduct frequent visits to buying house and factory.
• Respond to and follow up on orders/inquiries by understanding the prospects’ requirements.
• Capable to Make price costing for orders/inquiries.
• Reach out to clients via phone calls, emails, and physical visits to generate orders/inquiries.
• Regularly follow-up on orders, production and delivery status.
• Regularly update oneself with product knowledge, features, and amenities of projects.
• Assist team leaders in maintaining departmental administration.
• Any others task by management.
