Responsibilities & Context
This role is exclusively for Gloria Jean’s Coffees:
- Collaborate with operation staff to develop and refine meal menus.
- Plan and produce engaging content for social media to increase client traffic.
- Design and implement promotional offers, and develop and execute campaigns to boost sales.
- Oversee app and website development to expand sales channels through these platforms.
- Coordinate with the concerned department to ensure the availability and delivery of materials.
- Work with the team to organize and manage photoshoots.
