Additional Requirements

- Work experience with Washing Factory will get preference.
- The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience in merchandising with large knit garments – Wash.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context
- Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
- Fixation Costing, Negotiate and Settle Price for Maximizing Profitability and Maintaining Customers Satisfaction.
- End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
- Garments price settlement coordinating with Marketing & Merchandising Team.
- Forecast order placement time and volume based on the communication with the customer for garments items.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and production, to align marketing efforts.
- Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences, gather feedback on our garment wash services, and identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools, and make data-driven & recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Skills & Expertise
Good communication skills
Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)
Merchandising and Production.
Must be Skilled in MS office applications
