• Should have knowledge on internet, e-mailing, Microsoft Tools and Auto Cad;

• Dynamic, well organized, self-driven, good communication skill, good personality with leadership skill and positive attitude;

• Experience in Mechanical maintenance work of sewing related machines will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across the factory;

• Ensure the adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during erection work;

• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects;

• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure their optimal performance;

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair activities of workshop equipment, machinery, tools;

• Ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for workshop operations;

• Ensure compliance with Electro-mechanical safety regulations and standards;

• Train and educate employees on mechanical safety protocols and procedures;

• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement processes to minimize downtime;

• Responsible for buyers Engineering related audit and prepare documents and Checklist for the audit purpose;

• Supervision of Mechanic, Technicians and all subordinates;

• Monitoring and supervision of workplace safety issues;

• Any other task assigned by management.
