Education

- Degree or certification in Security Management will be an added advantage.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and client handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- A retired JCO will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage day-to-day man guarding operations and provide regular reports to the Head of Operations (Southern Zone).
- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Training Team to ensure timely deployment of security personnel as per operational requirements.
- Ensure effective delivery of man guarding services to clients through proper supervision and team management.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure services are being delivered in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain strong client relationships, obtain feedback, and take necessary corrective actions within assigned authority.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Conduct security & safety surveys, risk assessments, and recommend appropriate security measures when necessary.
- Monitor manpower attendance, discipline, and overall service quality at assigned sites.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.
