Additional Requirements

Must have capabilities production planning and coordination in the sweater manufacturing unit with 800 hundred auto knitting machines to ensuring optimum utilization of capacity, manpower, and equipment.

Assist in planning, leading, monitoring, coordinating, and controlling efficiency, process improvement, quality control, cost optimization, automation, and other relevant projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are fulfilled, and providing regular updates to top management.
Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the Production Schedule.
Prepare the machine loading plan keeping in view of its maximum capacity.
Forecast and plan the in-housing of raw materials and different ancillaries to meet production schedules.
Will have to remain always updated on production status and be capable to provide any information regarding the above issue.
Maintain close relationships with operational teams (Production, Marketing & Merchandising, IE & others) to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Any others task assigned by Department Head and Management.
