- Hands-on experience with production optimization tools and software will be an added advantage with Hanger Production
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, IE-related.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

We are seeking a compatible Senior Executive, Planning (Product Development Center) who will work for our Knit Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient production planning and methods.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments (cutting, sewing, finishing) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze time, motion, and work methods to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare production layouts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operator performance targets.
- Conduct training sessions for operators on new processes and methods.
- Monitor the achievement of production goals and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Generate reports on daily production, efficiency, and quality performance.
