Responsibilities & Context
Manufacturing Capacity risk assessment analysis during forecasting and order booking stage Closely work with Marketing, Production, and Other related department to monitor and solve the risk arises.
Prepare Block Plan based on Order Booking Status.
Review line wise plan prepared by factory planning team, identify contingency, and solve the contingency.
Shipment status follow-up and initiate pro-active measures in case of any short / delayed shipment.
Analyze factory performance with respect to budget and raise concern to Central Operation.
Closely work with Head of Planning and Operation to run business operation.
