Real Estate, Developer

Prepare and execute a comprehensive QC plan at the project level.
Ensure quality management and quality construction at the project level.
Collect data on defects, errors, and non-conformances through inspections, tests, or audits.
Check physically at the site whether construction work is ongoing as per approved structural, architectural and RAJUK approved drawing.
Update and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to incorporate best practices.
Check all the project works in respect of different codes, BNBC, Engineering practices, and as per company SOP.
Ensure quality of supplied material at the site by physical checking, testing, SOP and W/O
Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes and procedures by analyzing findings data & action items.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Analyze the collected data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of quality issues.
