Undertaking production of Lab Batch, Pilot Batch, Stability Batch, Trial Batch, and Scale up Batch of new products and evaluate them for chemical and physical properties, performance, and conduct with stability.
Development of new formulations for different products Skin care, Personal care & Cosmetics.
To improve current formulations of products when needed.
Research product formulations and properties of raw materials.
Preparing and updating all documents that is specifications, formulations, process sheet, validation protocol, product manual, procedures.
Support scale- ups from prototype to commercial manufacture particularly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
To obtain process technology and equipment information for production.8. To develop new products and improve functioning of existing products.
To develop reports and documents detailing project processes, results and conclusions.
Monitoring Application lab & Extraction Lab date for products.
Monitoring stability study as per protocols.
Maintain products and documents archives.
Taken approval from all relatives departments for products launching.
