Responsibilities & Context
- Skill in buyers report generation, review and finalization (specially in USA region)
- Good knowledge of different standards and regulations (Children’s safety, CPSIA, Labelling, etc.)
- Ensure to follow the procedure of final report completion.
- Facilitate team members to deliver any critical test report.
- Analyze the root cause of customer complaints & take corrective actions. Supervise & conduct training for team members regarding buyer updates.
- Assist reporting Manager to implement new/updates of buyer program.
- Support individuals to maintain working procedures.
- Propose to take improvement initiatives in existing systems.
- Maintain all areas of Quality, health & safety relevant issues and PPE as per requirements.
