Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive for our Sales and Customer Care department. This role will be responsible for driving sales revenue and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set Sales Goals: Create and carry out sales plans to hit sales targets.
  • Handle Customer Relations: Be the main person customers talk to when they have questions or feedback.
  • Train Your Team: Offer coaching and training to help your team get better at their jobs.
  • Track Sales: Keep an eye on sales results and report them regularly to management.
  • Encourage Teamwork: Create a friendly and cooperative workplace where everyone works well together and takes responsibility.
  • Keep Team Informed: Make sure your team stays connected and embraces the office culture.
  • Regular Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Stay Current: Always be aware of new trends in social media.
