• Oversee existing land projects, construction work, plot development work, and corporate lands of the company and meet the target
• Gather relevant information regarding land in all prime locations in Dhaka and its adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh
• Deal with various landowners, and collect related papers from landowners/media for vetting
• Finalize Deed of Agreement, Purchase Deed based on project feasibility
