Responsibilities & Context

• To collect information of brand new, old and used flat/commercial property at suitable area.

• To Buy/exchange apartments from apartment owners/ land owners.

• Must have ability to negotiate price with property owners.

• Any other task assigned by the management.

• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

• Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.

• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.

• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.

• Customer Relation Developments.

• Visit corporate houses & create new client group.

• Business developments & attend client with sales meeting.

• Branding, Sales, Marketing & Public Relation.

• Attend corporate product presentation meeting.

• Indoor & outdoor marketing.

• Attend Event/ Fair, Business Promotion, Event Management.

• Customer handling from fair/ event / front desk with indoor sales.

• To look after Advertisement sales & direct sales, product promotion activities.

• Meeting & attend corporate customers.

• Monitoring junior sales officer.

• Monthly sales target achieve.

• Receive phone calls of advertisement, client appointment fix up & visit.

• To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with client , corporate

• sales meeting arrange, Tale-marketing with customer relation develop , site visit with client

• Daily sales reporting to supervisor.

• Communicate related Govt./ Private Agencies.
