New brand development ( Nomination) will get more preference.
Have conversant to dealing any customers and managing them competently.
Should have sound knowledge on products and its product development.
Should have proven leadership and coordination skills.
Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
Candidate who knows Chinese language are highly encouraged to apply.
Working area can accept Chittagong/Narayanganj/ Dhaka

Lead and deal with the factories independently for all the marketing & Sales activities including product development.
Keep liaison with customer for product development and order, follow up with factory for on time product submission.
Play leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
Ensure the confidentiality of the customer & sensitive company information.
Order handling of Accessories and follow up for the production, Market and Customers / Buyers.
Develop new brand to enhance business in zippers and metal trims – develop new brand is a must.
Follow up Team leader instruction.
