Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Meghna Ceramic Industries Limited (MCIL) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MCIL is engaged with producing tiles for wall & floor areas of private and commercial buildings, government institutions, Mosques and etc. MCIL is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance-driven sales team under the flagship brand named ‘Fresh Ceramics’. Currently, MCIL is searching some highly motivated, experienced, proactive & energetic sales professionals for its sales & marketing department. This position requires frequent retailer visits, corporate client visits, and project visits to achieve sales targets. The incumbents will report to the department head for their duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential corporate clients, dealers & retailers by visiting govt. / semi/ non-govt. organization and other private organizations/individuals to maximize sales opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Ensure the coverage of all Fresh Ceramic products in each outlet under the assigned territory to increase customer access to our diverse product range.
  • Assist in implementing any sales promotional plan for fresh ceramics to promote the brand as well as the product.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and corporate clients to receive their ordered products on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients/customers by providing delighted customer service and ensuring that clients receive timely assistance and support.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities by gathering current information on pricing, products, upcoming new products, etc.
  • Prepare regular sales reports,Target vs. Achievement reports and submit it to the reporting line head.
