- Supervise and mentor two content writers, providing guidance on SEO best practices, content development, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including content creators, web developers, and marketing personnel—to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct training sessions on SEO and SEM best practices.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform content development.
- Optimize website content and structure, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility.
- Manage and update the company’s blog, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO best practices
- Plan, execute, and oversee SEM campaigns, particularly Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and achieve ROI goals.
- Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
