Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, or project management.
Proven track record of successfully opening new retail locations.
Have clear knowledge of every route & area about Dhaka City .
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis.
Familiarity with retail design principles and operational requirements.
Ability to travel as required to scout locations and oversee store openings.

Identify potential retail locations for a MUDI shop with a minimum of 500 sq. ft. through market research, demographic analysis, and site visits.
Negotiate lease terms with property owners and real estate agents to secure favorable terms for MUDI.
Oversee the store opening process, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure that all new stores reflect MUDI’s brand identity and meet our design and operational standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, purchasing, and operations teams, to ensure a smooth store opening process.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
Provide regular updates and reports on expansion progress, budget status, and project timelines to senior management.
