Requirements
Education
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Veterinary Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Husbandry
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Husbandry
- Agriculture/Veterinary/Fisheries Degree holders are highly encouraged to apply. Diploma degree holders can also apply.
- For highly experienced candidate, educational qualification can be relaxed.
Experience
- At least 3 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 40 years
- The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 3 years.
- Should have Commercial poultry management and Feed Marketing.
- Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.
- Must have valid driving license & smart phone.
- Presentable & friendly.
Responsibilities & Context
- To make Technical Program such as GTM, Farmers work shop & Seminar.
- To follow up treatment in farm level.
- To provide the Training through New farmers.
- To handle the complaint in dealers & farmers farm.
- To communicate with team members daily.
- To follow up the tour plan effectively.
- To solve the farm related problem daily.
- To provide Report to management daily, weekly & monthly.
- Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
