• Build and maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute actively to achieving the department’s goals.
• Maintain and update client databases and call records regularly and accurately.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all client interactions.
