Responsibilities & Context

• Design, develop, and tailor tour packages according to client’s needs.
• Manage Inbound & Outbound Sales Tour Packages.
• Handle B2B & B2C Client Queries effectively.
• Strategic planning and implementation of travel products and itineraries for clients.
• Provide support for Hajj & Umrah special desk.
• Good skill in maintaining International Booking Portal for Hotels, Car, Air Transport, Railway and others.
• Maintain professional communication with international vendors to coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, & services.
• Develop and promote holidays packages to boost sales.
