Strong understanding of training methodologies and learning principles.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.
Strong Knowledge of EPZ Labour Act 2019 & EPZ Labour Rules 2022.

Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the specific needs of the garment industry, including technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Utilize various training methods, including e-learning, on-the-job training, and classroom-based instruction.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously update training materials and methods to reflect industry best practices and advancements.
Work closely with department heads and management to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness.
