  • Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong Knowledge of EPZ Labour Act 2019 & EPZ Labour Rules 2022.

  •  Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the specific needs of the garment industry, including technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Utilize various training methods, including e-learning, on-the-job training, and classroom-based instruction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously update training materials and methods to reflect industry best practices and advancements.
  • Work closely with department heads and management to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness.
