Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and oversee the visa application process for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, documentation, and processing times for various countries.
- Guide clients through the visa application process, including form filling, document preparation, and appointment scheduling.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite applications.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information on visa fees, processing times, and any changes in regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all visa applications and client interactions.
- Train and supervise junior staff in visa processing procedures.
