- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Email Correspondences.
- Good command on writing and speaking in English.
- Should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
- Should have work cross-functional working skill.
- Should have knowledge in relevant accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, Financfy & Tally Prime).
- Having work experience in RMG sector will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure all the entries in ERP software timely and accurate processing of monthly fixed asset transactions including additions, retirements and transfers and closing at the end of the month.
- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset & sub-ledger to the general ledger.
- Conduct periodic 100% physical counts of fixed assets.
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
- Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Should have knowledge in Fixed assets management.
- Should have knowledge in maintaining the CIP and fixed assets list.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.
