• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong project management skills, include the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities & Context

Location: Khalispur, Khulna. (Desk Job) 🖥️

Office Time: 6 days week (Monday-Saturday), 10am to 8pm

Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Portfolio MUST.)

Position Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor at Brandify Creative, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling visual content for our clients. You will work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional designs that exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design and video editing, as well as a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and design creative assets, including but not limited to branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, and video content.
• Develop engaging video content from concept to completion, including storyboarding, editing, and post-production.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and video editors, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
