Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Fluency in English Speaking is a must (IELTS is preferred)
  • HR management: The individual will support the entire HR process of staff recruitment, attendance and performance monitoring, and employee termination.
  • Finance: The person must have good Microsoft Excel skills to undertake routine finance work such as monitoring miscellaneous expenditures.
  • General Office Administration: The individual must have experience in administering day-to-day office management, file updates and maintenance, equipment records, sending out office notices, and implementation instructions from the school authority.
  • The ability to schedule and timetable will be essential.
  • Monitoring employee Attendance.
  • Schedule & facilitate employee Meetings.
  • Supporting the employee hiring process.
  • Supporting the assessment-related tasks (Question Paper collection/Printing/Filing etc.)
  • Monitoring the calendars, and holidays and reminding employees of key dates.
  • Communicating with employees via Phone/WhatsApp/Email.
  • Employee Disciplinary Issues.
  • Email communication with collaborators and other associates of the organization.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.
  • Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.

Employee Relations:

  • Enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
  • Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.

Administrative Functions:

  • Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
