Responsibilities & Context
- Employee recruitment, Salary Statements and HR databases are updated regularly.
- Develop plant HR, Safety, and Environment manual, related procedures, guidelines, forms, & checklists following AHHPL policy/guidelines.
- Handle disciplinary actions properly as per company policy.
- New joined employee orientation.
- Manages staff and operations relating to employment, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, and risk management.
- Establish a system to train all workers/staff/employees on Environmental, Safety and protection on a demonstration basis to ensure mission success.
- Monitoring the maintenance and improvement of safe systems of work.
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
- Enhance health and safety culture in the organization.
- Implements any other task as per assigned by management.
