• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development. – Expertise in hybrid mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, HTML5, CSS3. – Experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin) native development.
• Cross-platform integration experience with Capacitor, Cordova, or similar.
• Expertise in cloud-native CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
• Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL API design and consumption.
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with exposure to AWS Amplify, Firebase, or GCP Cloud Functions for mobile backend services.
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX Design principles (e.g., Material Design, Tailwind CSS, Responsive Design).
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks: Appium, Detox, XCUITest, and Espresso.
• Mobile DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Test Automation, Monitoring using tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, New Relic, and Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app security, including SSL Pinning, Encryption, OWASP Mobile Security standards.
• Experience with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, SAML.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing).
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and A/B testing platforms like Firebase Analytics and Amplitude.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML integration in mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Serverless architectures for mobile app backends (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and microservices architecture.

Job Description:

As a Senior Hybrid Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and performance across platforms, while implementing best-in-class mobile DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of hybrid mobile applications using modern frameworks.
• Architect secure, high-performance mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, backend, cloud) to deliver seamless, scalable, and efficient mobile applications.
• Implement and manage cloud-based CI/CD pipelines for mobile app development (including testing, build, deployment, and monitoring).
• Automate mobile app testing, security, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality releases.
• Optimize app performance, security, and usability across diverse devices and platforms.
• Manage app store submissions and releases via App Store, Google Play, and TestFlight.
• Integrate mobile analytics and crash reporting solutions.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary:

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $105K to $125K depending on experience and qualifications.
