Responsibilities & Context
IT Consultants PLC. is seeking a talented and experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of our application/software solutions to meet the needs of our clients. The Implementation Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of our products.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation process to resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they can effectively use and manage the implemented software.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation project, including configurations, customizations, and client-specific information.
- Work closely with the development team to communicate client feedback and suggest product enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the support team by providing thorough documentation and training.
- Travel to client sites as needed to ensure successful implementation and support.
