• Solid experience as Senior IE with focus on Cutting Room
• Fluent in English Language

Responsibilities & Context

• Time Study, Capacity Study and Setting of SMVs

• Methods Study, Workflow & System Analysis

• Setting of KPI of each section and helping Cutting Section heads to meet their daily target

• Coaching/helping Cutting floor staff to do effective work management for smooth workflow

• Help to reduce Sewing Lines productivity issues coming from Cutting

• Implement Lean practices.
