Additional Requirements
- University degree in Textile Engineering
- Preferably with Fabric Manufacturing and Spinning experience
- Proven track record in textile quality inspection
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of production processes and textile machinery operation
- Strong background in production management within the textile sector
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently
- Effective interpersonal skills for cross-level collaboration
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- High ethical standards and professionalism
Responsibilities & Context
• Conduct inspections and audits in accordance with client requirements and company procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collect and document all necessary information accurately for inspections to ensure smooth processing and file management.
• Prepare and submit detailed, error-free inspection and audit reports promptly within the specified TAT.
• Review factory production records and technical data to assess capacity during audits.
• Ensure timely factory entry and maintain professional behavior when interacting with all parties.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently, meeting divisional KPIs within set deadlines.
• Conduct activities aligned with client needs and expectations.
• Maintain high levels of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies throughout the process.
