•  Graduation/ Diploma in Hotel Management from any Government authorized institute or university.
•  BNQF: Level 3/ BNQF: Level 3 & CBT&A Level 4
•  Candidates with 2 to 5 years work experience in relevant field will get priority.
•  Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.

Responsibilities & Context

Major Responsibilities
·  Supervise and manage team members, ensuring accountability and high-quality training delivery.
·  Communicate and coordinate effectively with partners and donors.
·  Conduct theoretical and practical classes aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) course curriculum.
·  Provide training independently using the Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) methodology.
·  Prepare and present lesson plans, job sheets, assessments and other teaching materials for approval.
·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, student portfolios and stock registers.
·  Design comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, presentations, quizzes and exams.
·  Utilize innovative teaching methods to create engaging learning opportunities.
·  Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing prompt feedback to ensure learning outcomes are met.
·  Collaborate with teams for curriculum development and program improvement.
·  Prepare and update donor-related documents and reports in a timely manner.

Safeguarding Responsibilities
·  Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
·  Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
·  Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
