Experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT projects related to tender operations, from initiation through to successful completion. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills

Proficient in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cybersecurity measures. Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting tools relevant to tender operations.
Knowledge of relevant software development and system integration techniques.
User Support and Training Experience in providing technical support and training to users of tender management systems.
Ability to develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials.

Overview

We are looking for senior IT Executive for Trading and Tender-Based operations plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the technology infrastructure that supports trading activities and tender processes. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems supporting trading and tender operations.
Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent cyber threats. Provide technical support for trading platforms and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to understand their technology needs and enhance system functionality. Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
Manage and support IT systems used for tender management, including tender submission, evaluation, and awarding processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in tender operations.
Develop and implement solutions to streamline tender processes and improve efficiency. Lead and manage IT projects related to trading and tender operations, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data related to trading and tender activities. Develop and maintain data reporting systems to provide insights and support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders. Provide training and support to users on trading and tender systems, ensuring they can effectively use the tools and resources available.
Develop user manuals, guides, and documentation for system users. Address and resolve user issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
