Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• A Degree in CSE or EEE is preferred, but candidates from other fields with relevant experience or exceptional skills are welcome to apply.

Experience

  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview: MNTECH DIGITAL is looking for an experienced and proactive Developer with expertise in MySQL, Node.js, and React/Next.js. While experience in developing College Management Portals or e-commerce platforms is preferred, candidates with strong prior development experience in other domains are also encouraged to apply. You will work closely with a team to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of developers to achieve project goals.
• Web Development: Design and develop scalable web applications, including but not limited to College Management Portals and e-commerce solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Code Quality: Maintain standards for code quality through reviews and clean coding practices.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Deadline Management: Ensure project deadlines are met while fostering a positive and solution-driven team culture.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine development workflows to enhance team productivity and outcomes.
