• Minimum 12 years of working experience in any financial institutions/multinational company /FMCG/TELCO/NGO, etc. and at least 5 years as Head of Department/ Team Leader/ NSM/RM.
• Age May be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead the Marketing Personnel of Ordinary Life Division/Gono Grameen Bima Division (Micro Insurance).
• Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth.
• Conceiving and executing marketing strategies.
• Promotion of services and products.
• Collaboration across different marketing teams to achieve target.
• Formulate communication strategies.
