- In depth knowledge of latest Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Labor Rules, BEPZA Law, BEPZA Rules, Accord & Alliance standards, BRAC Social compliance program, buyer’s code of conduct, industrial standard and regulations.

Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee CSR activities (that includes social, environmental, chemical & safety compliance) through leading the team and acting as the main point of contact for customer, third party and management- initiated projects, audits, CAPs, activities, programs etc.
- Prepare the factory for audit. Represent and manage audits (Social, Environmental, Safety- ACCORD & Nirapon, Chemical and Security) ensuring findings are addressed and CAPs are completed.
- Adopt in managing platforms like FFC, Sphera, BHive, Worldly, SLCP, ZDHC, WRAP, BSCI, Sedex etc.
- Develop and execute Strategic Compliance Plans (SCP), support training, monitor actions and reporting.
- Flag out any potential breach as well as develop sustainable plan to remediate the NCs
- Design and deliver compliance, safety, and CSR training programs for capacity building for management employees as well as for workers to maintain legal, customer and internal requirements.
- Initiate and manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) and monitor environmental initiatives, including reporting and documentation, follow up environmental parameters VOC, wastewater.
- Guide Chemical Management personnel to ensure compliance with Company Standard Operating Guidelines, customer guidelines, legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of licenses and agreements related to customer guidelines, legal requirements or any significant standards.
- Conduct floor visits to assess compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, do RCAs and coordinate remediation with relevant departments through Sustainable Action Plan.
- Develop and implement safety signage and precautionary symbols, safety guards, SOPs etc.
- Manage, prepare, verify reports for accidents/ incidents, develop remediation plans, follow up until closure and report to senior management.
- Monitor grievance data from multiple channels, prepare analytical reports, and share updates with senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct internal audits related to Social, Safety, Environmental, and Chemical standards. Prepare audit reports, follow up on CAPs, and ensure full compliance within the stipulated timelines.
- Represent CSR in internal committees and ensure compliance of service provider like Canteen Management.
