Responsibilities & Context

Following and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures.

Business support: Review contracts related to Bangladesh business, support payment needs of business departments, in-depth business docking, familiar with compliance requirements, identify financial and tax risks, and issue financial and tax solutions for new models and new needs;

Budget preparation: Prepare annual budget, semi-annual budget, budget adjustment, rolling forecast, etc.

Provide professional support to the business team from a financial perspective to drive the business to achieve goals;

Financial analysis: Provide multi-dimensional business analysis reports, such as gross profit by product, income statement, etc., and output risk tips and suggestions;

Able to provide timely financial solutions or foreseeable suggestions to the problems or needs faced by the business department.

Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.

Any other task given by the authority.
