Responsible for total marketing and merchandising department for multiple accounts.
Ensure collection of order from buyer directly.
Skill in costing, marketing planning, and having technical knowledge of products.
Should have links with foreign reputed buyers and buying house have the ability to get export orders.
Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain maximum profitability.
To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.

Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Oversee and doing costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products

Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
To follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.

Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer.
Should be a visionary Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team handling multiple accounts and variety of products in knit garments business.
