Additional Requirements
- A natural sales leader with a minimum 8-10 years of experience in Marketing & Sales in the RMG/ Accessories/Spinning/Machineries Supply industries.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines. MBA is a plus. Academic qualifications can be relaxed for exceptional candidates
- A good conversationalist with high emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, exceptionally number-oriented and target-driven
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- A people’s person and a good networker
- Adept in making impactful presentation decks with a good design sense
- A good presenter with or without presentation decks
