Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Set policies and processes.
- Ensure production excellence to achieve the target.
- Implement and monitor efficient processes to improve productivity.
- Manage the entire Cut to Ship process ensuring timely and efficient production.
- Coordinate between Warehouse, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, and Finish Goods departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all production floors.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the operations team to achieve peak performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.
