- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage procurement and develop supply chain activities to optimize costs and ensure delivery within stipulated time.
- Negotiate price to prepare contracts and agreements with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial activities.
